Reviews for Fast Colosseum Access With Audioguide App
Great value, quick access, not good audio app
Ron_C
The access was excellent, we were able to get our tickets and enter very quickly. I feel that the access was good to get me to the main floor in the first level. Of the Colosseum. It did not show that there was another area on the very top of the Colosseum or that in the very bottom there is additional areas you could walk, which we did not have access to with this Ticket purchase.
The audio app that we were given a link to did not work at all. Otherwise, I would’ve rated you five stars.
Good value

Basic support of skip the line tickets, which are really the point. Very informative audio tour included
Don’t use this app!

The app did not work properly. It freezes up at the first 2 zones and would not work again. I regret not using an in-person guide.
App difficulty
Gilles_C
Our guide that we met to receive our tickets was very helpful and pleasant. unfortunately after that things became an issue. we followed all instructions ahead of time including downloading the app, and bringing headphones but once inside the app didn't work. we tried various locations, spoke to a colosseum staff member but to know avail. had we known that this portion would be difficult we would have gone with a company that supplied audio with headphones.
Chaos at the Colosseum
Erin_S
We looked for the tour representative for nearly 30 minutes in the pouring rain outside the colosseum and nearly missed our entry time. When we finally found the representative, he handed us our tickets and sent us on our way with no guidance on where to enter the tour. This was not an ideal experience as it caused chaos and confusion in an already hectic and crowded situation with the downpour of rain.
