- Please note that the tickets for this tour are nominative. We will register on them the names you have provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide the names of the people attending the tour as they appear on their passport.
- You will pass through strict security checks both at the Colosseum and at the Roman Forum entrance. Please be aware that security check lines are not skippable
- Flying drones and knives of any kind are strictly forbidden. Neither trolleys and big backpacks nor animals are allowed into the Colosseum. Glass/metal containers and sprays of any kind are also not allowed
- The order in which the sites are visited during the tour can vary; either the Colosseum or Forum and Palatine Hill will come first
- The Belvedere is momentarily not part of this tour due to COVID-19 restrictions
- A moderate amount of walking and steps are involved; wear comfortable walking shoes
- Please note that the group will leave the meeting point 15 minutes before the starting time in order to pass the security check
- This tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

I enjoyed hearing about the lifestyle of the people at that time. Our tour guide kept everyone on track and moving forward so we could learn about the lifestyle and visualize how it must have looked at the time.

I loved this tour. The guide was friendly and told some silly jokes! More importantly, he was informative and obviously knew his history. I would recommend this tour.
They don’t care

They let us register our names without notifying us that it needed to be the same as your ID card. They would not let us change our names after and would not provide a refund or rebook us with the next group. They were not understanding, did not even care. A few people of our group suffered the same fate.
Be warned. We lost our money on this.

BEWARE! We were not allowed in! When I filled out the online registration parts of the form autofilled from my computer, this included my name. I use my nickname a lot and even through it had my full legal name in the credit card information, there was no warning about what was required to enter the tour. Make sure you use the exact name and spelling on your passport. They will check at the entrance to the Roman Coliseum and you will be denied entrance. The tour company had plenty of time pre tour to check this and correct it, but didn’t care. No refund, no reschedule with them. Lost the money. We were able to book with another company onsite for cash, but I will never use trip advisor again, too much risk.
For $18 you can just get into the coliseum, you just have to wait on line. We lost $60 booking the tour.
