This had to be one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time . They don’t follow the time table the audio does not follow the stops we were at . The worst part at the Vatican stop I waited 40 minutes for a bus only for the bus to fill up and more than 15 of us were left stranded . During that 40 min every other company had at least two buses come and go . The ticket guy was so busy selling tickets to an older American couple he made sure they got on the bus but not the rest of us . Save yourself book any other company there are lots to choose from but not this one .
SIGHTS WERE GREAT, SERVICE WAS LOUSY

My mother needed assistance getting on the bus, the bus employees were not helpful and were somewhat rude about helping her get on the bus. Other passengers were more accommodating than the bus employees. The person giving the maps would not give us a map for each person, they gave us 1 map because we booked as a small group, BUT WE EACH PAID THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE TICKET.
Find another tour company!

Very poor - would not recommend. Commentary very limited. More music than information. If you get near a point of interest no-one tells you. We only saw the colosseum from the bus and that was out startband finish point. None of the Commentary seemed to like up with the sights we passed. This is by far the worst sight seeing tour we have been on!
Good bus tour

Buses ran later than the posted 15 minutes and the other companies seemed to have more buses. The narration was ok and the audio was not great quality. Had better experience in the past with Big B. They did announce their stops and what was there.
Next time I’ll walk!

Never again! Waited ages for a bus every time we wanted to hop on! Buses for other companies appeared to be more frequent. Really inefficient/slow boarding. Opaque advertising stickers on downstairs windows so difficult to see the landmark sites.. Earphones not working for us and so many other customers.
