- Arrive at the entrance of Colosseum 15 minutes before time. The entrance will be Invalid after 15 Minutes of travel time
- You must follow the queue for security check although you have bought the priority access

Booking went smoothly and we received our tickets electronically shortly after through whatsapp, eliminating the need to go and redeem them in person. A contact from the touring operator kindly gave us very clear instructions on where to go. The visit to all sites went without issue and we had a great time.

It was terrible. There was little to no communication with the guy. They didn’t wanna answer any questions and it was overpriced for what was given to me with no clear instruction. I need a customer service agent to reach out to me immediately.
