Epic day trip to the archaeological site of Pompeii and the picturesque Amalfi Coast, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Travel in a small group of no more than 6-7 people per air-conditioned minivan with a tour assistant. The tour will start from the hotel, en route for a breakfast or snack. The first stop is Pompeii, our official guide will take you to visit the main areas such as the Macellum, the Baths, the areas where the Romans gathered and the homes of wealthy citizens to learn about their customs and traditions. After Pompeii, we will head to Positano, an ancient fishing village. Stop for lunch, visit, shopping and relaxation. Continue to Amalfi, admire the famous Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, visit the oldest paper mill in Europe, taste the famous local liqueur "Limoncello" and their delicious desserts: Babà, Sfogliatella, Pastiera Napoletana. Continuing along the Amalfi Coast we will return to Rome bringing with you images and scenarios that you will remember forever.

We went to Pompeii, Positano, and Amalfi. Too much to do in a day trip. Left hotel at 6:30 a.m. and returned at 9:00 p.m.
We were glad that we did a semi private tour in a mini van. Only 6 of us.

Giuseppe (Joseph) was our tour guide, he and Massimo picked us up promptly at our hotel, in a very nice air conditioned minivan. They looked out for everything for us, we felt very safe and taken care of! It was a long, but beautiful destination. Positano is picturesque with its colorful shops and they took us to an oceanfront restaurant. The Amalfi coast is beautiful and Pompeii is an amazing walk in history. Overall, we are very thankful to our driver and tour guide for such a great adventure!

Highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for an easy day trip outside of Rome that packs a lot of history and sites. Dina was a great guide overall & Massimo a great and truly patient driver in tourist-heavy and winding roads.
We also had an awesome and knowledgeable guide for Pompeii specifically and it is a site everyone should visit and see. Amazing!! So much more than the plaster body casts!! Loved every moment and learned a ton.
Lastly visiting Pompeii & Amalfi were perfectly timed for both locations. Beautiful sites with lots to admire in the views & shops!!

We booked a day tour to Pompeii and Positano, Almafi Coast from Rome and it was fantastic! Dina, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave clear information on what’s on our itinerary and provided lots of interesting facts about Italy. She also made sure everyone was comfortable and that we were all well taken care of ! Maximo the professional, our driver, drove safely and was helpful. The drive on the Almafi coast was beautiful. Although the roads were narrow, it was a safe and smooth ride ! Thanks Dina and Maximo, we had a perfect day!
