Our guide Dimitri was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome. The highlight of the tour was walking on the same road where St. Peter was visited by Jesus. The catacombs were a sacred space.

The original and best tour of its kind in Rome. Beware of copycats! Our guide Fredericko was very entertaining, and a great storyteller of history and passionate about his hometown and how the centuries have formed todays Rome and it’s people . He made you imagine being back in time ( especially his imaginary of the colosseum, chariot races and past emperors). He also took us to some very cool places outside the old city walls which gives you a completely different perspective of Rome. The catacombs were take your breath away amazing with professional non rushed tour and talk. A real treat no photos allowed! This was great as you could just focus on the experience. I took it on my last day of 4 day stay and was able to totally enjoy the experience and it clarified a lot of questions i still had about spots Id been to but in a relaxed way( trust me 4 days of relentless walking will make you appreciate the wizzing about on the golf buggy!) . Book ahead and be on time and enjoy.🙏🫶🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Fun and Excellent Tour of Appian Way

We took a 9:30 am tour with Federico who was a passionate and excellent tour guide, showing us all the sights on the Appian Way just outside of Rome, We visited the Church of Domine Quo Vadis, St. Sebastian Catacombs, St. Sebastian Basilica, Circus Maxentius, Masoleum of Cecilia Metella, and a section of original Appian road construction. Seeing the wide open countryside and was nice change of pace from the city, and it was amazing to learn how the real story behind the Christian catacombs. The highlight for me was Domine Quo Vadis, which is a must see for anyone doing a pilgrimage.
