- Meet your guide in Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line).
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Please be advised capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure. This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events.
- All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security
- The exact timings and reservations can vary, dependant on the monument/attractions administration offices availabilities and decisions on the booking day and can be subject to last minute changes. Departure time can differ up to 20 minutes from your selected time.
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
- Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the monument.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Dress code is comfortable clothing
- The Colosseum portion of the tour will last approximately 1.5 hours.
- The Roman Forum & Palatine Hill part of the tour will last approximately 1.5 hours.
- These tours are separated by a break to allow time for pictures or to spend more time in the monument or attraction
- Please let us know if possible your Hotel name in Rome.
- Please provide an active phone number during the booking process in order to be contacted about last minute changing.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue
- The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Long wait but great tour

Other than the times being pushed back an hour and having to wait an additional half hour once we got into the coliseum, we had a great great experience with both our guides at the coliseum and the forum. Both were very knowledgeable and informative. Both spoke English very easy to understand.
Underground tour is worth it!

Our tour guide was very nice and ensured that we made our underground portion on time. The first part of the tour through the forum was really interesting. I wish we had a little more time to explore that area, and wish we had been given a bit more history and extra information. The underground portion of the tour was amazing, but was actually led by a Colosseum guide. It was great to see the underground portion and have a private/less crowded area to view the arena. The rest of the colosseum was so crowded, we were glad to have booked this portion.

Both tour leaders were excellent - lots of information provided underground and in the forum . I have visited the colosseum and forum twice before but the information provided was additional to what I heard before. It wasn’t a replay of the usual information

The guide for the Roman Forum was great! But there wasn’t any direction for the colosseum portion and once we were brought up to the arena our guide disappeared and the group didn’t know where we should go to finish up.

Super knowledgeable and gave a ton of facts and it was one of our favorite tours. Loved that she help with where to take photos. The pace was good over really nice.
