Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3-hour cooking class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks (max 14 people) over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Fernanda and Asia were wonderful teachers for our cooking class! We not only learned how to make pasta, sauce, and gelato but also a lot about Italian culture. Would absolutely do this cooking class again and recommend it to anyone going to Rome!

Such a fun authentic time. There’s a lot to do in Rome, but this one is a classic with delish food, incredible guides, and just a great time with one another. They were very accommodating with allergies!

5 out of 5! Best tour/experience we did out of our 10 days in Venice-Pompeii-Rome vacation. Chef Elisa was warm, smart and fun. My girls, 9 and 11, had a great time for the whole 3 hours that we cooked. The space was beautiful and clean. Elisa was kind and engaging to everyone and the meal was perfect-o! If you want to take a pasta making class, THIS is the one to take!
