Great experience, took us directly to ship terminal

Marco was excellent, arrived a few minutes early, was very courteous and professional. He told us about the sights along the trip to the port and a bit about himself. He took us right up to the terminal where we boarded the ship because he had the certification to drive onto the port. Other operators dropped off their passengers at a shuttle area where they had to transfer themselves and luggage to go on to the terminal.

It was so nice being picked up at our hotel, and made our travel very easy from Rome to the cruise port. Emanuele was prompt, drove safely, and was very friendly. He even told us about some of the sites as we drove past them.

Emmanuel (I think that’s his name) was awesome and a good driver. Our >1 hr trip wasn’t boring, he speaks fluent English and was very pleasant to talk to. Definitely, recommending him!
