Taught by a passionate friendly chef, together we will prepare hand made Fettuccine, a tomato sauce inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, as well as gelato, using fresh seasonal ingredients and tools that many already have in their kitchen.
Class includes appetizers, fantastic wine/beer, water and soft drinks. And of course you will eat everything you prepare!
The lesson is for all ages and anyone from beginner to seasoned cook. You will take home your new knowledge and impress your guests with pasta made from scratch and delight them with your home-made gelato.. You don't have to tell them how easy it is!

Loved it!! Was worried that it might be a tourist trap, but it was a proper session yet fun in a very clean, well equipped and spacious kitchen - dining room! Massimo was great and found the way to explain things to us in a clear way (e g using the gaming terms to tell my 10 y o son what to do with the dough :) . I very much liked that he also explained the fundamentals/ food technology basics behind cooking and not only what to do. We ended to eating our own pasta and gelato which were delicious and having a very nice time!!! Highly recommended.

Had a super fantastic time… we wanted to take Max home with us. Chef Max was very funny and genuine and loving… super sweet!!! Had a great time cooking and enjoying his company. The best outing we have had in Italy!!!! We love you Max❤️

First cooking class of my life and can I just say, WOW, what an absolute amazingly fun experience. There were ten of us and Massimo and Peter were world class in their energy, vibe, and zest for fun. They kept everyone involved, gave individual attention, taught us the intricacies of pasta making and gelato and the reasons why you do the steps the way you do.
I cannot recommend this class enough to anyone interested in taking a cooking class. Have fun, bring your energy and they will raise it even more!
