I called City Wonders customer service and they told me that they have availability for the guided tour and then I called Viator to book the tour.
Same day at 9 pm they call me that there is an issue with my booking that they have no place for me and my wife.
They did not even notified Viator I had to call them for a refund, they thought all is good.
Beware before booking with them try to google and see reviews
Very bad customer service.

Unfortunately due to bad weather and traffic, we were going to be late to the meeting point. We tried to contact the company proving the tour (not Viator) but got no answer and lost the money paid.

Experienced guide but too many people

We really enjoyed the Sistine chapel. Our guide told us to stand in the middle as they were pushing you through so quick & you weren’t able to look up & admire the painting. Good tip. Basilica was better.
Not fault of tour, but too many people
