An Exclusive Private & Customizable tour (we do not combine groups) with licensed Tour Guide & Chauffeur, with MERCEDES VAN or GOLF CART. Your guide will hop-off the vehicle with you at each stop and walk you through the attractions to provide the most complete insights of every attraction.
Meet your guide at your hotel, Airbnb. During the first five hours your guide will show you the most important historical sites of Rome. Stop for lunch one hour at 1PM. Your tour (8hrs) will continue until 4PM. You can ask your private guide to change your itinerary.
1. Vatican Museums can be visited only on the 8-hour tour.
2. Colosseum can be included in the 5-hour and 8-hour tour.
3. If you book from the port of Civitavecchia the tour must only be 8 hours long.

- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Earphones are mandatory for groups (more than 4 guests) inside the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. The cost of the earphones rental is not included (Eur 5,00 per person)
- The Vatican Museum is always closed on Sunday.
- Only upon request, our office will purchase your Colosseum and Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica (Vatican only 8-hour tour) skip-the-line tickets, if still available. Your tour guide will have your tickets. Tickets to be paid only cash directly to your guide.
- Due to high demand Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets may all be sold at the time of tour booking. Our office will inform you about the actual availability of tickets for your tour.
- The Vatican Museums private walking tour can only be included in the 8-hour tour.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I did not get to see any of the Vatican museums as advertised.
The sites seen were the Collisieum and Nevi Fountian plus some stops to allow shopping were good. The tour guide and driver were pleasant.

Oh my goodness. What can I say. Our Guide Monica, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain so many things. I was pleased to learn so many things that I have read about. Our Driver showed us great patience and ensured that we were able to see as much as possible in the amount of time we had. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Rome. I just wish we had time for the 8 hour tour.

Ernesto our driver was very attentive and informative.
Francesca our tour guide for the Vatican and Pantheon was excellent. And she always made us aware of traffic or any danger.
The took us to a cozy family restaurant. Food was amazing.
Nicolas our guide for the Coliseum was excellent as well. We loved the Coliseum over the Vatican and Pantheon (places we liked very much too). Nicolas had an iPad where he showed us everything that you couldn’t appreciate in the actual time. He was very articulate and we could tell that he loved his job.
We would definitely book our next tour with them.

Fabulous private tour of Rome

I booked this private tour of Rome for myself, my husband, and our 2 friends. We had 1 day in Rome before our cruise. This was perfect! The driver was professional and always in communication with Nickoli, our English speaking guide. We tailored the day to our preferences and our guide was friendly, sensitive to the needs of our group, and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable about so many facets of our excursion! He knew about the history, the architecture, today’s cultural trends in Rome, and he even gave us a recommendation for dinner (we asked), that was fantastic! All in all, I highly recommend this company. My husband and friends agree. It’s pricier than a group tour, but there is no comparison. We did 5 hours and it was perfect for us.
