DO NOT BUY: Not a tour at all; they show you where to buy tickets and then tell you about the area outside the venues

Literally have no idea how this tour has 4.5 stars. They have you pay, then they walk you to the ticket counter where you sit for 45 minutes to buy your ticket to the coliseum (not included in the tour fee - which we knew up front but didn't know that it would be us sitting for 45 minutes in line during the "tour" to buy it). Then they have you stand outside one area (forum and palastine hill) and talk for 30 min about it. Then they walk to the outside of the Colosseum and talk about that for 30 minutes. Then they let you go and you go tour the places yourself.
This is sketchy at best. They don't go into the areas with you, they don't walk you around and show you interesting things, and when you go to buy your ticket they make you take off your tour group sticker because you aren't allowed to be in a tour group buying those tickets. Don't waste your money on this tour. Get a tour that goes into the areas with you or buy an audio guide on your own.

Horrible, its a scam. Avvoid it. There was no tour. We meet half an our later that we were supposed to and they just walk with us to the regular ticket seller, when we wait the line with all the others and than wait the line to enter like everibody without the tour.
Unable to find tour host.

Arrived at the location 15 minutes ahead of the start, was unable to find the tour. Asked several other tour guides and searched the area. Missed the tour, and lost £80. Please make the start point much clearer or give them a big sign to hold.
False advertising!

100 % False. The only guiding is to the ticket booth across the street with a hour wait. Then another 2 hour or more wait to get into the coliseum but the guide doesn’t even go in. What a joke! What a scam!
